PRESERVATION AND USE BY:
Our cocktails are bottled on a Wednesday morning, and dispatched the same day on a next day delivery.

On arrival, refrigerate and consume within 2-3 weeks. Due to natural Lemon juice being used, the flavours may alter over time as it oxidises.

DO NOT CONSUME AFTER THIS TIME HAS PASSED.
We pride ourselves on providing bespoke cocktails that inspire curiosity, so some may not be to everyone's taste. We apologise for this, but sadly cannot proivde refunds for this reason.

However, a full refund will be provided for the following incredibly rare reasons:

Bottles have broken or leaked in transit. Photo proof must be provided.

Product ingredients have deteriorated such that they result in an un-drinkable cocktail, despite having been refrigerated the whole time as instructed. We must receive notification of this within 2 weeks of receiving the products, after being stored in the fridge.

We operate much like certain online furniture companies, whereby we receive orders in advance, and post out the cocktails in bulk on the date specified.

Each box is sent via Parcelforce on a 24hr delivery. Some parcels may not arrive within 24hrs, due to complications with Parcelforce's network, and Mix & Muddle will not be held responsible for this. We will endeavour to inform you of postal issues in advance.
